Lilian Agbakoba LL.B; B.L.; MNIM; IFMA, is the Managing Director of Beverly & Sam Properties, overseeing the daily operations of the company’s Lagos and Abuja offices, as well as Purplestone Online Shop. A seasoned lawyer with over 30 years of experience in real estate practice, she is a member of IFMA, the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria), and the Asian Shopping Malls Forum. Passionate about interior design, property development, and facility management, she is committed to maintaining residential and commercial properties to the highest standards for the satisfaction of high-profile clients.
Adesola Adekanbi | Head Facility Manager/Estate Surveyor; joined Beverly & Sam Properties in 2008, bringing over five years of experience as an Estate Surveyor. She is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and an expert in property management and administration. Her expertise in property/facility management, structure, and regulatory compliance provides valuable support in managing the company’s estates and properties.
Victoria Agwu | Head Sales/Estate Surveyor ; joined Beverly & Sam Properties in 2012 as an Estate Surveyor, bringing over seven years of industry experience. She is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a valuable member of the team with expertise in property sales, management, and client relations.
Isaac Onmonya | Accountant ; joined Beverly & Sam Properties in 2021 as an Accountant. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and plays a key role in managing the company’s financial operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
John Elebeonu | Real Estate Officer ; is a young and ambitious Real Estate Officer with a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Al-Madinah International University, Malaysia. He brings energy, professionalism, and a client-focused approach to the company’s real estate operations.
Peter Ochai | Facility Manager / Abuja; He joined Beverly & Sam Properties in 2017 as a Sales and Property Manager and is currently stationed at the company’s Abuja Branch. He holds a B.Sc. in Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, bringing valuable expertise in property management, sales, and client relations.
Onyeka Isaac | Front Desk Personnel ;serves as the Front Desk Personnel at Beverly & Sam Properties, providing professional administrative and customer support services. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, she ensures a warm reception, manages inquiries and correspondence efficiently, and contributes to the smooth daily operations of the company through her excellent communication and organizational skills.
